ITINERARY

DAY 1

Today is the day for arrivals and check-ins at your breathtaking Parisian hotel. Once everyone’s settled, you’ll get to meet all the girls at our Meet & Greet dinner ; we always want to make sure each person feels welcomed, and enjoys their first night in a new country.

DAY 2

Did you even go to Paris if you didn’t get any Eiffel Tower content? Or the Louvre? Didn’t think so. Today is the day where we’ll explore the city of lights and all its iconic sites on a private sightseeing tour. But this isn’t just any old tour. This is a will luxury bus with panoramic 360 views where you will discover the most beautiful views in Paris while being served a 4-6 course fine dining meal. A once in a lifetime experience indeed!

DAY 3

We’re in the fashion capital of the world, so we can’t miss the opportunity to learn a bit of history (but make it fun). You will get to immerse yourself in the legacy of one of fashion's greatest designers with an exclusive tour of the YSL Museum and Studio in Paris. We will also take a stroll down the Champs Elysees, every fashion lover’s dream: this world-renowned shopping boulevard in Paris is home to all the luxury flagship stores —and the Arc De Triomphe—before we make our way to Dior Galerie. This museum transports you into a time of elegance and you will discover the history of Dior at this museum dedicated to the iconic fashion house.

DAY 4

In the morning, you will say “au revoir” to Paris and prepare for a short ride to embark on a day trip to Marie Antoinette’s former home—the majestic Palace of Versailles. Stroll through its opulent halls and breathtaking gardens, immersing yourselves in the grandeur of French royalty. Our group will experience a private guided tour of the palace including the famous “Hall Of Mirrors”

DAY 5

Paris is known for its famous macarons right? While the best come from Pierre Hermes, we’ll be making our very own in private macaron making class in the most beautiful, grand department store you’ve ever seen: Galeries Lafayette. Being in this environment will inspire you, but after our class it’s not over yet! We will enjoy a tour of Galeries so you can learn the lay of the land so you can enjoy the rest of the day shopping or take the rest of the day to enjoy free time exploring more of Paris. The “Opera” area Galeries is located in, is a feast for the eyes and one of the most luxurious areas in town.

day 6

Paris is essentially the New York of Europe— no shortage of things to do. Enjoy this free day, you may choose to hang out with your new friends or rest up at the spa. We always provide a “Know Before You Go Guide” with recs of places to go and things to do on your free time, to make the most of your time. You have your pick of neighborhoods, museums, shops, and more to explore.

day 7

It’s never the right time to say goodbye…but like most good things, our fashion adventure comes to an end with dinner on the Seine River with Eiffel Tower views upon views. We’ll say our goodbyes, share favorite trip memories, and dine together as one big travel family.  We like to do our final dinners big, so prepare to eat good, and we mean GOOD. The best thing about this goodbye is that it won’t last forever.

day 8

Everyone will depart as airport transportation comes to pick you up from our hotel in time to make your flight home. Although we’ve taken the time to say goodbye, we only hope that you’ll leave feeling like you’ve experienced the trip of a lifetime. We couldn’t wait to have this fashion experience with you and will be overjoyed seeing it come to life and close on the best note possible. Until next time, xo.

Q: What is the Paris Fashion Experience registration cost?

The investment for this experience is $4995. There are Klarna and Affirm payment plan options available at checkout. Full balance is due 30 days before the trip starts.

Q: Is there a payment plan?

Yes there are Klarna and Affirm payment plan options available at checkout. If you do not qualify for Affirm, contact us at hello@fashionmentor.co for our in-house payment plan option.

Q: What is your refund policy?

We understand life happens however please note there is a no refund policy. Please try to make sure that you can attend the trip before booking it. We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive cancel for any reason insurance (CFAR) within 10 days of your purchase. If you need to cancel your booking, you’ll be able to recover your investment from your insurance provider. 

Q: I’m interested but don’t feel comfortable sharing space with another person, are there private room options?

There are limited private rooms available at an additional fee. Please email hello@fashionmentor.co to inquire.

Q: Are flights included?

No, you are responsible for your flight to and from Paris. However, your hotels stay is included with your ticket. Hotel accommodations are shared within a shared room with another London & Paris Fashion Experience attendee. You will be able to connect with other attendees before the trip starts.

Q: Which Airport should I fly into?

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) is the most popular airport in the city. Orly Airport (ORY) in Paris is another option that is smaller and closer to the city center.

Q: What flight schedule do you suggest?

Arrivals: We suggest arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) no later than 4pm, so that you will have time to settle in and attend our Meet and Greet. 

Departures: We suggest that you plan to depart from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) the morning or afternoon of September 14th, 2025, as hotel check out is at 11am. 

Q: How are we getting to London and Milan?

We will be taking train rides between cities with our base being in Paris. We will return back to Paris before flying out.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email at hello@fashionmentor.co. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Q: After I make my first reservation, how do I start making monthly payments?

Monthly payments will be withdrawn on an outlined schedule when you sign up with Affirm. If you register under our in-house payment plan, monthly payments are withdrawn automatically on the same date originally registered. For example if you signed up on October 15th, the payments will be due the 15th of every month until paid in full. You will also receive reminder emails in advance regarding your upcoming payments

Q: What day should I fly in/out Paris?

You will want to check into the hotel on September 7th. That means if you’re coming from Los Angeles and the flight is 11 hours, your flight would leave September 6th and you would land September 7th. It is your responsibility to ensure your flight arrives on the correct date.

Checkout will be September 14th. .

Q: Will there be time to explore on my own?

Absolutely! There will be enough time for you to explore both cities at your leisure whether you want to go see Mona Lisa at the Louvre, go visit Big Ben, see a show at Moulin Rouge, go to the Duomo in Milan, or people watch near one of the city’s many cafes.

Q: When will I receive the day-to-day itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent no later than 30 days before the trip via email.
